The newest of Kevin Rathbun's restaurants, KR SteakBar, starts serving in Peachtree Hills Wednesday at 5:30 p.m., with the bar going into action an hour earlier. The restaurant will be open seven days a week for dinner, offering steaks and Italian fare from chef de cuisine Chris McDade. Tres Bullard, formerly of Top Flr, recently jumped on board to helm the cocktail and spirits program, and the pastry chef for the restaurant came over from Rathbun's.
