eatersw725.jpegGeorgia House Bill 314 would make it legal for brewers to sell their beer for "off-premises consumption," specifically 288 ounces a day for personal use only. Creative Loafing wonders breweries can't sell their products (especially since wineries are more than welcome to take money for cases of vino) and goes into all of the specifics of HB 314 in a great post that breaks down the bill.
