Earlier this week, Esquire featured bartender Justin Hadaway of Cibo e Beve. They highlight his Herbie Dale cocktail, a play on the classic Brown Derby, and Hadaway says this about venturing ITP: "When we came in to do what we do, we were a bit apprehensive about it, but we brought a great team in and succeeded."
