1) Brookhaven: A new concept, Smash Kitchen & Bar, will open in Brookhaven this June from Here to Serve Restaurants. The American chophouse will offer steaks, salads, seafood, pasta, and more in the former Stir Crazy location. The restaurant group also owns eateries like Noche, Twist, and Shout. [PLYWOOD]
2) Switcheroos: A new restaurant is coming to historic downtown Roswell. Called OPULENT, the "globally-inspired" eatery will serve "classic favorites with a modern twist" from culinary director Bob McDonough, also of Little Alley Steak and Salt Factory Pub, and executive chef Andrew Long. Look for it at 948 Canton Street this April, replacing INC Street Food. [PLYWOOD]
3) Buckhead: Amura will open in the Terminus building, replacing MF Buckhead, later this month. It'll serve sushi and Waygu steaks. [PLYWOOD]
