Behold, renderings of Saltyard, the new restaurant coming to Buckhead in mid- to-late May. It'll open next to Watershed on Peachtree in the Brookwood Condominiums, and construction just started a few weeks ago. It'll be run by Christian Favalli, the son of La Grotta's co-owner, and his wife Kristy Jones-Favalli. Head over to Facebook for information about pop-up dinners and glimpses of the menu.
