HD1 has been promising patrons a patio since it opened in Poncey-Highlands in late 2011. Now, there's word that it may actually happen— the restaurant has apparently submitted a building permit application to turn the dream into a 1,585-square-foot rooftop patio. What Now, Atlanta reports that an estimated $128,000 will be spent on the new addition. [WNA]
