Let's talk about Guy Wong. He runs Miso Izakaya, he's got Yum Bunz on the way, and yesterday he announced that he plans to open TON TON Ramen & Yakitori Bar in Inman Park. Rumor has it that the restaurant will be in Krog Street Market and that Wong's other new project, Big Boss Chinese, will be housed in Decatur. Wong tells Eater, "I can confirm I'm doing two other projects," but that their locations are not set. He adds that all of his focus is currently on Yum Bunz. Stay tuned for details. [EaterWire/TNT]
