Tomorrow, Urban Cannibals Opens Early with Brunch Burger for Burger Week

This is cool: Urban Cannibals is opening early tomorrow to feature their brunch burger. The restaurant will start serving at 7 a.m. instead of 11 a.m. to give customers a preview of the breakfast service that's starting in mid-May.

The brunch burger is $9.99 and comes with a side of herbed cheese grits or bodega hash. It's got a White Oak Pastures ground beef patty, a fried farm fresh egg, smoked gouda, maple mayo, and house-made bacon jam. There's also a veggie option that comes with a black-eyed pea patty, smoky grilled tofu, and onion jam in addition to the fried egg, smoked gouda, and maple mayo. Both are served on an H&F bun. They'll be available tomorrow, Friday, April 19, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
