Guy Wong has yet another project in the works: Rickshaw Kitchen Stand. Look for the takeout spot to open in Home Park in 2014, serving Asian street food at "real street food prices." Menu items will run $1 to $4.
Wong also owns Japanese restaurant (and lunchtime ramen spot) Miso Izakaya in Old Fourth Ward, and he has three more eateries on deck: He just announced that he'll be opening a Cantonese concept in Decatur, Big Boss Chinese, as well as TON TON Ramen & Yakitori Bar in Inman Park, though leases are not signed. Yum Bunz, the long-awaited, quick-serve dim sum spot he collaborated on with Chris Lee and Mike Blum, will start serving soon on Marietta Street in West Midtown.
