Buildouts

Perhaps you've heard of the new development coming to Inman Park. It's called 280 Elizabeth Street and it's responsible for the closing or relocation of local businesses like Dad's Garage and Victory Sandwich Bar. We know that Victory has to be out by the beginning of July, and we know that the development is expected to have 200 apartments and 40,000 square feet of retail space— but we're looking for more information.
