The restaurant took over the Nava space and offers dinner daily from 5 p.m. onward and weekday lunch starting at 11 a.m. Pastry chef Chyrsta Poulos is doing desserts, and executive chef Joe Schafer helms the kitchen, which features a 24-foot open fire hearth.
