Roots Juices, a pressed juice company headquarted in Texas, is starting the build-out on their new location at the Shops at Lenox in Buckhead next week. Expect a bunch of different fruit and veggie blends on the menu, including some with local peaches. They're aiming to open within a month. [TNT]
