Intel suggests Yum Bunz may open as early as this weekend or "in another three weeks," but the long-awaited quick-serve dim sum concept (originally slated to open last fall) has a menu up on the website now, so it hopefully won't be too long. It offers Korean wraps, or ssam; steamed bao "bunz;" rice, quinoa, or noodle bowls; dumplings; and sides, salads, and soups. The most expensive thing on the menu— including the alcohol— is a six-pack of bao for $8.69. Check it all out here. [EaterWire]
