Gunshow has been open for a few weeks now and early reports are pouring in. Behind the AJC's new paywall, a first look and nine things to know before you head in to the Glenwood Park spot. The menu changes weekly, if not more quickly than that, so don't spend a lot of time deciding what you want in advance. The food comes out from the open kitchen as its prepared, so you may be eyeing something that won't be served (often by the chef who made it) until four other dishes and forty-five minutes have passed by, so your best bet is to go with the flow and enjoy things as they come (chances are you will enjoy them).
