Forthcoming from the Castellucci team— that's the guys behind the Iberian Pig, Sugo, and Double Zero— is a restaurant that will be housed in the Elan Westside building at 691 14th Street. It'll serve a "Basque-inspired menu with French and molecular influences" in a kitchen helmed by current Iberian Pig chef Landon Thompson. Chad Crete is partnering with the Castellucci Hospitality Group, and John Castellucci will be the restaurant's sous chef. [AJC]
