1) Midtown: Opening July 1 in Atlantic Station is Chick-a-Biddy, the new restaurant from Shaun Doty and Lance Gummere of Ansley Mall's Bantam & Biddy. Executive chef Scott Weaver of Chick-a-Biddy created a menu that includes fish tacos, flatbreads, grain bowls, and, of course, fried or wood-grilled chicken. The restaurant will also offer house-made juices and smoothies as well as cocktails. [PLYWOOD]
2) Marietta: Stem, the new wine bar from the team behind Marietta's Seed is set to open in East Cobb late this month or in early July. It'll have 40 seats, including 25 at the bar, will be connected to the dining room at Seed, and will offer, in addition to the wines, a menu of European-inspired small plates, charcuterie, cheese, and more. Wine flights and wine tastings will also be available. [PLYWOOD]
3) Emory Village: Look for Ink & Elm and the Slice & Pint to both open in Emory Village no later than early July. The S&P is waiting on permits and Ink & Elm is putting final touches on their space. [PLYWOOD]
