1) Thailand/Atlanta: High Road Craft Creamery has just opened a plant in Bankok, Thailand (just like Sublime Dougnuts), reopens in Sweet Auburn Curb Market this week, and, apparently, has a new ice cream store on the way, "coming soon in another prominent Atlanta location." Status: High Road at Sweet Auburn Market opens this week.

2) Westside: Castellucci Hospitality Group— also of Sugo, Double Zero Napoletana, and the Iberian Pig— is opening a Basque-influenced restaurant in the Elan Westside building early next year. At 691 14th Street, the eatery will serve pintxos, or Basque tapas, and focus on wood-fired seafood and meats. Atlanta Magazine has more. Status: Opening early 2014.

3) Roswell: Hola Mexican Cantina's first location just opened in downtown Decatur, and now they've announced that they'll be opening an outpost in Roswell as well. According to Tomorrow's News today, the second location will replace a Wolf Camera store at the intersection of Holcomb Bridge and Old Roswell roads and is set to open later this summer. Status: Opening this summer.
