New at Cruzado is executive chef Carlos Alberto, who's worked at restaurants in Orlando, Puerto Rico, and Atlanta, where he trained under Richard Blais at Flip Burger Boutique. Alberto replaces Jared Lee Pyles, who now co-owns Villains but will stay on at Cruzado as a consulting chef. More changes: The pan-Latin restaurant has added a Moroccan-style hookah bar and lounge and has plans to develop a cafe concept. [EaterWire]
