After a brief delay, Buckhead restaurant Saltyard now has its liquor license. The restaurant opened earlier this month in the Brookwood building on Peachtree Road. It boasts a menu "unbound by the limitations of regional flavor," i.e., it serves small plates of globally inspired cuisine— and, now, there's also beer, wine, and specialty cocktails.
