Restaurant Eugene and Holeman & Finch's Linton Hopkins is one of Food & Wine's 2013 Best New Chef All-Stars, right along with Anne Quatrano. He was awarded Best New Chef in 2009, and since then he's added H&F Bread Co. and H&F Burger at Turner Field to his mainstay restaurants and the H&F Bottle Shop. Food & Wine calls Hopkins the "ultimate Slow Food chef" and adds, "So committed is he to Southern tradition and local growers that he helped found the Peachtree Road Farmers Market down the road from his flagship, Restaurant Eugene."
