BUCKHEAD— Slow Food Atlanta's seventh annual ice cream social is this Saturday, June 8, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. It'll be held alongside the Peachtree Road Farmers Market in the garden of St. Philip's Cathedral. Ticket are available for $15 ($5 for children under 10) and include samples of ice cream made by chefs of local restaurants like Ammazza, Seven Lamps, and Miller Union. Chefs Zeb Stevenson and Andrea Litvin are involved in a personal strawberry ice cream battle as well.
