The gist of it is that Atlanta food trucks can't "set up shop on the street [because] the City of Atlanta does not issue permits for vending on public property." They can only sell on private property. Also: "With the City of Atlanta currently between public vending managers, it doesn't look like it's going to get any easier for food trucks any time soon."
