Taka Moriuchi is writing a book. Originally slated to release this spring, the book will be a "sushi bible for sushi lovers." Moriuchi, the chef/owner of Buckhead's Taka says it features "[his] honest opinions a lot," and that 80% is finished, although he also reports on Twitter that he's having some trouble with the quality of the photographs, and the seasonality of fish isn't helping.
