Says Jonathan Fox of Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q: "We used to have a secret menu item when we had smoked turkey on the board as a special, and that was a turkey club. We had to stop doing it because usually when we open (at 11 a.m.), our first shift crew takes a lunch break— well, they would all order the club and the turkey wouldn't even last past our first hour of operation!
