There is now a burger on the menu at One Eared Stag. Chef Robert Phalen's creation, called the meatstick, is available only at the bar and only after 5 p.m.— it's not on the menu, so guests will have to ask for it. The double stack burger is made with bacon-infused 100% chuck patties and topped with American cheese, shaved white onion, and housemade bread and butter pickles. It's served on a white bun.
