Cody Taylor and Jiyeon Lee of Heirloom Market BBQ are opening a new restaurant on Clairmont Road. It'll replace Kitsch'n 155 and will not serve barbecue; Lee, whose food has Korean influences, will take the lead in the kitchen. The team is going to be releasing "inspiration and ideas for menu items, name, style and what [they] are excited about" on their new Twitter account, so head over to follow them.

Back in Smyrna, business will continue as usual at Heirloom Market BBQ. The popular barbecue spot stopped offering in-house dining in June following a mandate about parking from the Cobb County government but remains open for catering and to-go orders. On Facebook today, the restaurant posted a comment saying that they have no plans to leave the neighborhood but are "looking and open to any space" that will work for Heirloom. If they find one outside of the neighborhood, they'll keep Heirloom Market To-Go open for regulars.

Here's the full comment:

Heirloom To-GO is staying at Akers Mill and will not move unless we find a space directly in the area that we love...I'm currently looking and open to any space anywhere in Atlanta that I feel will work for Heirloom for years to come....if we leave the area we are at now than Heirloom Market To-Go will stay at the original Akers Mill location so all our supporters and regulars will not lose it from their neighborhood
