The restaurant comes from restaurateurs Cindy Shera and Todd Martin and executive chef Todd Richards of the Shed at Glenwood. The Pig and the Pearl will offer lunch and dinner options focused on smokehouse specialties and raw seafood in a space designed by ai3. Below, check out the menu from the sneak peek. Initial reports mention a few standout dishes: the smoked duck, the peel and eat shrimp, the ribs, and the smoked tomatoes.
