Marietta's Seed is getting a next-door wine bar, Stem, and chef/owner Doug Turbush wants it to be a New York-style speakeasy. What that means is that instead of a sign, the wine bar will only have a single corkscrew on its door to mark the location. However, it will also be "partially open to Seed's dining room," unlike Atlanta's other speakeasy-type establishments Prohibition and Edgewood Speakeasy, with their telephone booth and bookshelf entrances.
