Eater's epic Fall 2013 cookbook preview is now live. It features the first book from Bacchanalia chef Anne Quatrano, Summerland, which releases from Rizzoli on October 1. There are a number of chefs and restaurants whose fans have been waiting for their books for some time. Gramercy Tavern is an example, as is New York chef Michael White's upcoming Classico e Moderno, but perhaps the longest wait has been for Atlanta chef Anne Quatrano's Summerland, out this Fall after Quatrano's three decades in the restaurant business.
