Renovations to the Polaris— thats the blue-domed revolving restaurant atop the Hyatt Regency Hotel— will start as early as this Fall. The restaurant shuttered in 2004, and the hotel's GM hopes to have it back in action, possibly with a different name, by mid-2014. Last June, plans stated that the restaurant would serve as a "lounge with limited food options" when it reopened. [ABC]
