The Ramen Burger Is Making Its Way to Miso Izakaya

Soon, you'll be able to find the ramen burger in Atlanta. The novelty sandwich— two burger patties and toppings on a bun made out of ramen— has made its way to Miso Izakaya and will launch at the Old Fourth Ward restaurant next week. We've heard that it may only be available after 10 p.m. and at the bar.

The first such ramen burger was created by chef/blogger Keizo Shimamoto in Brooklyn. People have been queuing up in long lines (and lines and lines) for that burger, which comes with arugula, scallions, and "secret shoyu sauce" on a ramen "bun." Much like the cronut, the ramen burger has already spawned a few knock-offs (see: Brooklyn and San Diego), but Miso is the first in this city to take it on. If you check out the Atlanta version, do let us know what you think.
