Sobban Set to Open October 1 From the Heirloom Team

Korean-Southern diner Sobban is set to open October 1. Cody Taylor and Jiyeon Lee, who also own the very popular Heirloom Market BBQ, will open the restaurant in the old Kitsch'n 155 space on Clairmont Road.

Dishes include Sobban Garden Kalguksu with "00" knife-cut noodles, shiitake soy broth, tempura lotus root, and area greens; Pork Chop Donkatsu with fresh panko, Korean pickles, and peach hot mustard sauce; and Sobban Tofu with kimchi apple, miso mousse, soy ginger reduction, and sesame leaf oil. There will also be shaved ice desserts and a strong beverage program.

The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. It'll be closed Sunday and Monday. 1788 Clairmont Rd, Decatur, GA.
