Heirloom Market BBQ fans, rejoice. Owners Cody Taylor and Jiyeon Lee just announced that their second restaurant, Korean-Southern diner Sobban will open on October 1, and now they've informed the masses that people can dine in at Heirloom Market BBQ again. Standing room only on the patio, but we'll take it.
In June, the restaurant told patrons that they could now only get take out or catering barbecue orders following a mandate from the Cobb County government. Things have apparently been at least a little resolved, and now the big back patio is welcoming customers. Heirloom posted to Facebook: "Good News Heirloom faithful! You can now dine-in at the restaurant again. It's standing room only on the patio but its better than nothing. Big thanks to Cobb County for allowing this to happen."
