Mark Nanna is IN exec chef of The Lawrence. Known for helming the kitchen at Flip Burger, the chef has also worked at Joystick Gamebar and Bone Garden Cantina. He's been at the Lawrence for some time now and replaced Jeff Sigler, who followed Jonathan St. Hilaire and Shane Devereux. [EaterWire]
