Hookah Cru will open this Friday in place of Cru Urban Lounge, which shuttered last month. Hookah Cru's owner, Grace Lee, also runs Midtown's Cruzado; the Midtown restaurant's current lounge will turn into additional restaurant space with the opening of the new establishment less than a mile away.
