Patrick Stubbers, the sous chef from Hugh Acheson's Athens restaurant The National plans to open Sea Bear Oyster Bar in early 2014. The restaurant will open in Athens's Bottleworks development and The National exec chef Peter Dale and barman Chris Luken will also be involved. [Flagpole]
