Well then. Chef Liu has passed a recent health inspection despite the presence of a dead rat in the oven. The Buford Highway restaurant was given a score of 70 and will be reinspected in October. The dead rat was removed from the oven and disposed of by management." Here's the Health Department's report. [AJC]
