Three restaurants have signed leases to open in Inman Park mixed-use development 280 Elizabeth. As rumored, Ford Fry will put a "sister restaurant to The Optimist" in the space and the Kinjo brothers' MF Sushi will reopen in Atlanta and set up shop in the complex as well. Joining them is Bartaco, the casual sister concept to Barcelona Wine Bar.

According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Fry and chef Adam Evans's sister restaurant to The Optimist will open in a two-level freestanding building at the corner of North Highland Avenue and Elizabeth Street. Bartaco will stand directly across the street from Barcelona Wine Bar, and MF Sushi's restaurant is along 280 Elizabeth's greenspace. With almost 40,000 square feet slated for retail, the project's construction should finish in early 2015.Catch up on 280 Elizabeth here, and do send comments and further development intel through the tipline.
