After a Savannah location asked a disabled child to remove her "squeaky" orthopedic shoes, the Panera Bread chain has issued a formal apology to the two-year-old girl and her mother. The local Panera staff will reportedly receive "updated and ongoing" customer relations training and the company will host a fundraiser to help pay for the two-year-old girl's medical bills.
