Attention, would-be Eater bloggers: We're looking for an Atlanta resident that's mainlined into the soul of the city's dining scene to take over as Eater Atlanta editor. Current editor Sonia Chopra is moving on within the company after over a year and a half on the job, and now her seat is open for any hungry writers out there.
This is a freelance gig with commensurate pay; you'll be able to work from anywhere you want so long as it keeps your ear close to ground for good restaurant and nightlife intel. Think you'd be a perfect editor here at Eater Atlanta? If so, email atlanta@eater.com with a paragraph about yourself (omitting stories of childhood food memories svp) and a paragraph or two about why you think you're right for the position. Subject line: "Eater Atlanta Editor." If you've got a personal blog, clips, Tumblr, or Twitter, please include links to them as well. Previous journalism experience is a major plus. No resumes, please. If we like what we see, we'll be in touch quickly. Thanks!
