Brunch at Cakes & Ale; People to Watch in 2014

DECATUR— Brunch service starts this Sunday at Cakes & Ale. From 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., look for farm egg omelets, yeasted waffles, croque monsieurs, and baked goods and quiche from the Cakes & Ale cafe next door as well as a full bar serving drinks like bloody Marys and champagne cocktails after 12:30 p.m. The cafe will still open at 9 a.m. for coffee, croissants, and more.
