After many delays, Ian Mendelsohn's wine-and-small plates bar Vine and Tap should open on Lenox Road sometime next week. It'll have wine by the glass and on tap, beer in bottles and on tap, madeira, and sake as well as dishes like cheese plates, charcuterie, bruschetta, and panini.
