Gusto! Wood Fire Grill, billed as "a place where quality intersects with speed," will open to the public in Brookwood Hills on Friday, October 31. The concept focuses on grilled proteins and "gustos," flavor profiles in the form of sauces, fresh vegetables and fruits, and fresh garnishes.

Nate Hybl, a native of Hazlehurst who started at quarterback for Oklahoma and went on to play for the NFL's Cleveland Browns and Jacksonville Jaguars, is the brains behind the restaurant, and Shawn Grodensky, former executive sous chef at The General Muir, is on board as "culinary leader." The menu offers build-your-own salads, rice bowls, sandwiches, and wraps, and a selection of house-made combinations. See the full menu below.

Gusto! is located at 1935 Peachtree Street NE. The restaurant will be open daily for lunch and dinner.
