MIDTOWN — Villains is hosting The Frites Come Out at Night pop-ups on three Mondays next month. On November 10, 17, and 24, chef Andy Long will serve up bowls of mussels and fresh-cut fries, and Miller Union's Stuart White and Zachary Capito will pour New Orleans-inspired cocktails.
