Arianne Fielder is no longer with Westside bar/restaurant Bellwoods Social House, multiple tipsters have confirmed. Fielder had been running the cocktail program since Bellwoods opened on August 28.
Reason for the departure is currently unknown. Neither Fielder nor Bellwoods Social House owner Leif Johnson responded to multiple emails or phone calls seeking comment.
Prior to her most recent venture, Fielder managed the bars at Article 14 and Parish. She has also worked at Southern Art & Bourbon Bar and Seven Lamps, and runs a consulting business, helping bars and restaurants with beverage menu development.
Behind the bar at Bellwoods, Fielder was pouring up classic cocktails with a twist, plus bourbon drinks and noteworthy "boot kickers," shots inspired by some of her favorite watering holes. There's no word yet on how much the cocktail menu might change.
The food offerings at Bellwoods include a selection of small plates, wings, mini-sandwiches, bowls, salads, and tacos.
