Jay Swift, chef/owner of Old Fourth Ward's 4th & Swift, is opening an OTP restaurant that will feature seafood, steak, and pasta. Noble Fin is scheduled to open next summer in Peachtree Corners, serving up "contemporary American and Mediterranean" cuisine (HT: Zagat).

Per the restaurant's brand-new website, Swift's new venture will open in the former Dreamland space in Peachtree Corners:

Noble Fin will be a contemporary American and Mediterranean inspired restaurant and bar focusing on premium quality seafood, steaks, homemade pastas, signature cocktails, bottled and draft beer, fine wine and fresh local vegetables. The emphasis will be in a casual setting along with warm, welcoming service, fresh ingredients and neighborhood cheer. We will be located at 5260 Peachtree Parkway in Peachtree Corners.

Before opening 4th & Swift on the corner of North Avenue and Glen Iris Drive in 2008, Swift worked across the country in cities such as Washington, D.C., Boston, and New York, eventually taking over as executive chef at South City Kitchen in Midtown.
