Stuart White, former mixologist at celebrated Westside restaurant Miller Union, is taking over as general manager and beverage director at Lusca. White replaces Tim Willard at Angus Brown's and Nhan Le's Brookwood Hills venture.
Willard had served at GM since Lusca opened in April. There's no word yet on reason for his departure.
White, a native Atlantan, joined Miller Union in 2010 with experience at a few local favorites, including Aria, Sotto Sotto, Bluepointe, and Atlanta Fish Market. He's a certified sommelier and plans to build Lusca's drink list "around sustainable artisanal wines and reinvented classic cocktails with eclectic ingredients from around the world," according to the restaurant's PR.
