MIDTOWN — Chicago-based pizza chain Sarpino's Pizzeria will open its first Atlanta location in early November. Sarpino's, with nearly 50 outposts nationwide, is planning to launch at 1000 North Side Drive NW. The chain expects to open more Atlanta stores in the coming years. [EaterWire]

MORNINGSIDE — Orpheus Brewing is now canning two of its flagship beers, Atalanta and Lyric Ale. The cans are decorated with commissioned designs from Atlanta artists Brandon Sadler, who worked on Atalanta, and Peter Ferrari, who designed the art for Lyric. The canned brews are available in bars, stores, and restaurants. [EaterWire]

BUCKHEAD — Southern Art and Bourbon Bar is hosting a dinner to celebrate the release of Jefferson's Ocean private label barrel. On November 6 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., the four-course meal will be paired with bourbon cocktails developed by mixologist Toki Sears. Tickets are $95 and available online. [EaterWire]
