DECATUR — Makan is hosting Atlanta Ramen Festival on Monday, October 20. Beginning at 5 p.m., chefs from several Atlanta restaurants will serve up their personal interpretations of ramen, with noodles donated from Sun Noodle, maker of America's best ramen noodle, and beer from Three Taverns. Tickets for the all-you-can-eat fest are $20 until October 13 and $25 after, and all proceeds go to The Giving Kitchen. ALPHARETTA — Ted's Montana Grill will officially open its next Atlanta-area outpost along with the Avalon mixed-use development on October 30.
