Sarah Justice, who had been running the cocktail program at Holeman & Finch Public House since February, is no longer with the restaurant. Justice is returning to Pennsylvania to be closer to family, H&F PR confirmed Monday.
"Sara Justice has left her role as lead bar at Holeman and Finch Public House to return to her hometown, be closer to her family, and rejoin the Franklin Mortgage & Investment Co. team in Philadelphia," read an email statement to Eater Atlanta. "Sara left an indelible mark on our program. We are sad to see her go and wish her the best of luck in her new position."
Replacing Justice is Kaleb Cribb, whose experience includes stints with Farm 255 in Athens and National Distributing.
"[Cribb] is a student of cocktail history and hospitality, and his passion for creating meaningful experiences through delicious food and beverage, delivered with outstanding service, aligns synchronously with our mission at Holeman and Finch Public House. We are very much looking forward to beginning a new chapter in our bar program under his tutelage."
